This program is designed to cover the work of individual service providers (with or without a company/DBA name). Other professionals needing coverage must have their own separate policy. This program is not intended to cover owner/operators of a physical multi-practitioner facility with employees and/or independent contractors subleasing space.

NOTE:
-Motorized paddle boards are excluded.
-Cupping and Sauna services must be integrated with another therapy, such as massage, esthetics, salon services, etc.
-Sports Coaching & Recreational Fitness: EXCLUDES hunting, fishing, mountain biking, BMX, kayaking/canoeing, skiing/snowboarding, and motorsports.
-Permanent Cosmetics: INCLUDES microblading & tattooing. You do NOT need to add tattooing separately.

Business Personal Property (commonly called "BPP") means the movable items owned by your business (such as equipment, computers, supplies, furniture, etc.) anywhere in the U.S. This coverage also protects property owned by others that is in your possession. Common causes of loss include but are not limited to theft, fire, water damage, vandalism, and hail. This does NOT cover buildings, permanent structures, or structures wired with electricity or HVAC equipment. 

Business Interruption & Extra Expense ("BI/EE")
Business Interruption & Extra Expense insurance (commonly called "BI/EE") provides coverage when your business shuts down temporarily due to a covered loss affecting your business personal property. This coverage helps replace your income and other business expenses, like rent and payroll, during times when your business is not able to operate because of damage or loss to your equipment. Your selected coverage amount should cover about 3 months of your business income and expenses.

**NOTE: Protection Packages are endorsements to the general & professional liability -- they cannot be purchased on their own.

Additional Insured ("AI") means one or more individuals (other than the individual named in an insurance policy) who are also protected under the terms of the same policy for incidents resulting from the Named Insured's work. An AI certificate is for a business (other than your own), landlord, employer, trade show, event, city/town/state or organization that wants to be listed on your policy. It is not for other professional providers, employees, or other owners of your own covered business. Often, your landlord, place of work, or trade show require that they be listed on your Certificate of Insurance as an Additional Benefit Holder specifically for your work. There is a $10 charge for each additional insured.
Blanket AI Endorsement, Waiver of Subrogation, and Primary Non-Contributory endorsements require an additional fee.
